In the Komfortkasse merchant area, select ricardo.ch as the shop system. The URL is filled in automatically.
Click on Connect and then on Start authentication.
You will now be redirected to ricardo.ch. Log in with your ricardo.ch name and your ricardo.ch password.
That's it! Your ricardo.ch account is now connected to Komfortkasse.
If an item is now sold on ricardo.ch via payment by post/bank payment, the buyer will automatically receive Payment information from Komfortkasse.
When the buyer has paid for the item, this is transferred on to ricardo.ch and you can send the item. If you use software to synchronize orders with your shop system (e.g. Magnalister), the order can also be marked as paid in your shop system.
