Installation instructions (see below for upgrade instructions)

Download the plugin file and unzip the contents into the /plugins folder.

The folder structure under /plugins/ltc_komfortkasse should look like this:

Log in to your xt:Commerce Admin and go to "Plugin" -> ""Plugin uninstalled". Under the module class "payment" you will find Komfortkasse:

Install the module by clicking on the "'Add'" button:

You should see a message telling you that the installation was successful.

Now go to "Content" -> "Plugin" -> "Plugin installed". You should see Komfortkasse under the module class "payment".

Click on the "Edit" button:

Change the plugin status to "Enabled" (check the box).

Make sure that "Export orders" and "Update orders" are set to "True".

Select the corresponding payment method codes. Only orders with these payment method codes are exported to Komfortkasse. You can enter multiple values separated by commas. Normally this is "xt_prepayment".

Select the relevant statuses for open (unpaid) orders. Only orders with these status codes are exported to Komfortkasse. You can enter several values separated by commas. As a rule, these are 16 ("open") and 17 ("pending").

Select the status that is assigned to an order when the payment has been received. This is usually 23 ("payment received").

Select the status that is set for an order when it is canceled. As a rule, this is your user-defined status "canceled" (e.g. 34).

Do not change the other options ("encryption", "access code", "secret keys"). These values are automatically filled in when you connect your shop to Komfortkasse.

Multistore

If you are using a multistore configuration, please enter your shop ID in the merchant area of Komfortkasse before connecting your shop:If you want to use multiple subshops, you can add IDs separated by commas such as 1,3,7.

Upgrade instructions

How to upgrade the plugin to a newer version:

If you have xt:Commerce 4.1.10 or higher and a plugin version of 1.0.6 or higher, you can upgrade the plugin automatically. If you have a lower xt:Commerce version (e.g. 4.0.xx or 4.1.00) or a lower plugin version (e.g. 1.0.5), you will need to execute a manual upgrade.

Manual upgrade (only for xt:Commerce under 4.1.10 or plugin versions under 1.0.6)

Open the plugin configuration and copy or make a note of these values:

Uninstall (delete) the plugin from "plugins installed":

Copy the new version to your /plugins folder. Rename the existing plugin, e.g. to /plugins/ltc_komfortkasse_OLD. Unpack the new version in /plugins/ltc_komfortkasse.

Install the plugin again via ""plugins uninstalled". You should now see a new version number!

Open the plugin configuration and enter the previously noted values:

Log in to the Komfortkasse merchant area and initialize the connection again:

Automatic upgrade (for xt:Commerce 4.1.10 or higher and plugin versions 1.0.6 or higher)

Open the plugin configuration and click on "Plugin update":

Confirm the start of the update with "Yes".

A backup copy of your existing plugin will be created. Click on "Update plugin".

The upgrade is executed. Messages with the message "ERROR, ALREADY EXISTS" are displayed - this is normal, as existing configuration values are not overwritten.

Once the upgrade is complete, click on "Close window".

Important: After the upgrade, the plugin is deactivated!

Don't forget to reactivate the plugin:Also go to the plugin configuration to add all configuration values that have been added in this plugin version.

Note: When using the automatic upgrade, you do not need to reinitialize the connection in the Komfortkasse merchant area. However, we recommend that you log in to Komfortkasse and test the connection.
