If Reminder fees are active, the action Adjust Reminder fees can be selected in the actions menu ≡ Settings tomake further settings for Reminder fees.
Claim fees
If a payment without reminder fees is received for an order for which Reminder fees have already been charged, this is treated as "paid" by default. This means that the outstanding Reminder fees are not subsequently requested from the customer. This can be adjusted here. If "Claim fees" is activated and a payment is received without reminder fees, it is treated as a partial payment ("underpayment"). A notifications would therefore be sent to the customer that a partial amount is still outstanding.
Amount of Reminder fees
Komfortkasse charges standard Reminder fees depending on the legal regulations in the debtor's country (Germany, Austria and Switzerland are currently supported). By switching to "Set your own fees", the Reminder fees per Pre-collection letter can be set individually.
If accounts are specified in multiple currencies, the Reminder fees can be specified per currency.
